Tooth and Gums Tonic contains a dispersing agent that is an all natural plant saponin compound which produces a natural cloudy cleansing foam when gently shaken. Tooth and Gums Tonic is a valuable oral rinse that is capable of penetrating the outer layer of the tissues for more than just surface action. It clings to the tissues much longer than commercial "mouthwash" and continues to work for a very long time for both periodontal health and bad breath.
In addition to rinsing Tooth & Gums Tonic can also be applied in two other ways:
- Applied between the teeth with an interdental brush.
- Applied under the gums using a hand held syringe with an irrigating tip.
Tooth and Gums Tonic Directions For Use
To help maintain superior oral health and fresh breath
- Shake gently before each use.
- Use once or twice daily.
- Rinse vigorously with a 1/3 capful and Tooth & Gums Tonic between the teeth and gargle if desired.
- Spit Tooth & Gums Tonic out after 30 seconds.
- Tooth & Gums Tonic is not meant to be swallowed
- For best results, do not eat, drink or rinse with anything for at least 15 minutes after use.
Contains:
Deionized water, vegetable glycerine, extracts of echinacea (Angustofolia and Purpurea), and Gotu Kola, Pure Essential oils of Peppermint, Red Thyme, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Globulus and Lavender, Plant Saponins.

My dentist - a long time ago - was the inventor of this product! I used to be able to purchase it at a health food store, then they closed. I've been using it for 15 years and would not be without it.
Everything else seems cosmetic, this is not. Totally worth it.

I use the tooth & gums tonic twice a day every day. I love it; it helps so much and tastes pretty good too. I had lazer surgery on my gums last year and have been using this ever since and have no plans to stop!
thank you so much for carrying it; I can't always get to my dentist's office to get it so I will be ordering with you guys a lot from now on!

I discovered this product at a health expo in the fall. I thought it was a little pricey but was willing to give it a try and I can say I made the right decision. I find the Tooth and Gums Tonic to exceed my expectations. My mouth feels clean and my breath cleaner.I use this in conjunction with the Tooth and Gum tooth paste and that makes a difference. As a result I do not have to use a tooth paste for sensitive teeth. Having said that, I still find that I need to continue to follow my regular routine of brushing, flossing, and water pick. The products are part of the tool kit, the rest is up to me.

I have had periodontal problems in the past and had used the Tooth and Gums Tonic, which eliminated the pockets and brought my gums back to a state of excellent health. My dentist of several years would have nothing to do with the Dental Herb Company or its products. I stopped seeing that dentist. Now it has been 5 1/2 years since I have been to any dentist. I was taking pretty good care of my teeth and gums on my own, but noticed a couple of months ago, an area of sensitivity starting up. I still had some of my Tonic, and some of the Under Gum Irrigant, which I began using twice a day. I just went to a new dentist a week ago. This dentist and his hygienist were impressed with how healthy my teeth and gums are after 5 1/2 years of no dentist. I have one pocket in the sensitive area, and my new dentist recommended I keep using the Tonic and Under Gum Irrigant products, and come back to have him check the status in 4 months. He was impressed with what these products have done for my old mouth, and he was confident that they will fix my pocket. I continue to use both products twice a day and have noticed the sensitivity subsiding, so I am sure the pocket is closing. These products are the BEST thing anyone could do to recover and/or maintain healthy gums. Add the breath freshening feature, and you couldn't ask for more in a mouth health product.

Improved health of gums

My dentist suggested I try using Tooth & Gums Tonic after pockets around my some of my teeth had receded to a point where oral surgery to repair them was the recommended treatment. He had recently heard about the tonic and when I declined to have oral surgery, he suggested I try a daily routine of using a Water Pik, antiseptic mouthwash and flossing ending with Tooth & Gums Tonic at bedtime. After six months the gums had improved considerably and after one year they are significantly improved. I was the first of my dentist's patients to try Tooth & Gums Tonic and he now routinely prescribes it for patients with tissue problems. Bedsides the benefit of helping to heal oral tissues, it's a great breath freshener and leaves my mouth feeling cleaner than brushing alone or other mouthwashes would do.

I've used TnGT for years and got it from my dentist's office. I stocked up before I moved to a different state, and couldn't find anyone locally, so I had my dentist ship me up a supply if I got low. Then life changed, and I decided I could be all right without it. Wrongo! While my overall dental health is hanging in there, I missed it! Then I discovered the toothpaste too, double Hurray and the order was fired off the same day. Love this stuff

We've used the tonic for years now and are SO thankful to not have to see a dentist to be able to purchase it! Nothing works as well as this product...we have tried many! Gave it to a friend for bad breath and now she swears by it as well. Happy Rinsing!
