I'm on a mission to educate, empower, and excite you about the wonderful world of your mouth. 

As an oral health care coach and consultant with nearly twenty years experience, I’m here to offer you compassionate education. 

You’re going to discover that taking charge of your oral health--and learning how to use the most natural products--can actually be exciting.  

The unfortunate reality is that when you’re working as a hygienist, you don’t have enough time to spend with each patient.  You usually have just a few minutes—at most—to spend on absolutely crucial discussions and demonstrations. 

Natural Gumption was born out of my desire to. . .

• Give you the personalized attention necessary for understanding the complexities of your mouth.
• Develop an easy-to-follow customized regimen to help you obtain—and maintain—a healthy mouth.
• Introduce you to amazingly effective natural and organic products
• Instill within you courage and confidence about your oral health.

There are many ways we can work together to care for your teeth, gums, and overall health.

• My programs for kids and families, pregnant women, and  baby boomers make it easy for you to learn in the comfort of your own home.
• As a participant, you gain exclusive access to our closed Facebook group, which provides a forum for asking questions and getting answers from me.  Some packages also include one-on-one online sessions with me.
• Private one-on-one sessions (either online or in the x region) can help us solve your oral health care problems and possibly save you thousands of dollars at the dentist.
• Do you like to party?  Great!  So do I, which is why I’ve created a series of oral health care parties.
